Triple-named British beauty Anna Maxwell Martin is a triple threat on TV, film, and stage--and a quadruple threat if you include the most important stage of them all: our pants. Anglophone Anna has graced the British boob tube and the film and theater SKINdustries with her perky presence since 2002. Her first on screen role was in the TV series Midsomer Murders. Not long after that, Anna garnered acclaim for playing the lead role in the National Theatre's adaptation of Philip Pullman's fantasy trilogy His Dark Materials. From there, this supple strawberry blonde earned recurring roles on such series as North & South, Bleak House, Free Agents, and South Riding. Anna also landed leads in several features, including Enduring Love (2004), Becoming Jane (2007), Poppy Shakespeare (2008), and Richard Laxton's epic war romance The Night Watch (2011).
