Barbara Edwards shot to fame in the early '80s as a Playboy Playmate of the Month for September 1983. With her smoking hot body, dark hair, and dark eyes, it was no surprise when she also took the Playmate of the Year title in 1984, which included the cover of the magazine, with the lush lady donning a flirty hat and a pose only suitable for newsstands thanks to a loose swath of pink fabric.
