Udderly bountiful, naturally dazzling Bo Derek debuted opposite a killer whale in Orca (1977) and quickly shot to enduring sex symbol superstardom opposite a comic shrimp—Dudley Moore—in the skintacular comedy classic 10 (1979). As the titular figure, Bo came to immediately represent carnal perfection and she seemed more than happy to expose her head-to-toe flawlessness. And Mr. Skin is always happy to watch her do it. The following year, Bo changed out of her clothes in A Change of Seasons (1980), displaying her moist mammaries in a hot tub. Bo then went full frontal in Tarzan, the Ape Man (1981), Fantasies (1981), Bolero (1984), and Ghosts Can't Do It (1989), all of which were directed by her husband/mentor John Derek, who died of a heart attack in 1998, perhaps because he finally realized how lucky he was. The non-John-helmed Woman of Desire (1993) features Bo at her all-time most bare, still looking every inch the Perfect 10 as 40 approached. She shows less skin in the TV movie Shattered Image (1993) but it's still enough to be her ninth and final nude role. In the mid-90s Bo's career took a dive like she did before her iconic beach running scene. She acted in the 1995 Chris Farley film Tommy Boy and wouldn't appear on the big screen again until 2001's Frozen with Fear. She lingered in the spotlight for a few more years before disappearing again, this time until the early 2010s. Her most notable recent credits are the Sharknado sequels... As such, we prefer to think of '80s Bo barenakedo.
