Though she was born in Belarus, Caterina Shulha (real name Katsiaryna) moved to Rome, Italy with her mother at age twelve, and speaks both Russian and Italian fluently. She got into acting in 2008 while working in theatre and her small screen debut came in 2011 in the television movie La ragazza americana.
