Being a tall blonde with a fetching, pale face and round pair of plush chest mounds can result in a certain amount of stereotyping. Take the case of flaxen-haired and chesty sugar puss Cheryl Baker. Bubbly Baker's attributes can be summed up as sex appeal on a sweetly padded stick, and her "talents" were not lost upon Hollywood casting directors. Cheryl stepped into the role of "Well-Endowed Wife" in Roadhouse (1989) as easily as she would step into a shower, baring her big barely-covered boobies. She literally stepped into a shower for her earlier role as "Girl in Shower #1" in Lethal Weapon (1987). Ms. Baker's most skinteresting stereotyping came as "Body Flash Dancer" in The Sex and Violence Family Hour (1983) and "Woman" in Die Hard (1988), the latter of which made us hard by featuring her fully-nude funbags. It's the same story in L.A. Story (1991), wherein we peep her peaks through a window. That's it for Cheryl's acting career--and what an idiosyncratic career it was. Nearly all of her five acting roles were bit parts where she showed her parts in extremely popular movies. You'd think that she could have parlayed these parts into bigger parts, or at least steady work. Retiring prematurely may have been Cheryl's choice, though, considering the way that she was typecast. Her final screen role was in a 1992 episode of The Howard Stern Show titled "1st Annual Sphinctie Awards."
