Christiane started her career off in 1962 with a part in the French flick Les Femmes d’abord. Dozens cared. Her career did take off, though, and she started landing some more important roles, most notably in the series Gerfaut in 1966, as well as in the 1969 French retelling of Shakespeare's classic A Midsummer Night’s Dream. By the 1970s, Christiane was on top of her game, appearing in the hit series Le Provocateur and in the more cinematic Un homme libre. In 1975, though, she took a topless, titular turn in the soft-core classic The Story of O, which, while showing off her breasts and buns for the only time in her career, also served to send Christiane into hiding for a decade, until she resurfaced in the 1985 TV series Brigade verte. She has since apparently forgotten the scandal that the movie created, and so has basically everyone, so her career is getting a much-needed second wind. I wouldn’t count on more Skin, though…
