Hazel-eyed darling Elina Alminas was born in Tallinn, Estonia, and moved to the UK when she decided upon an acting career. The cutie got her B.A. in theatre from Goldsmiths, University of London, and starting grabbing stage as well as screen roles. She made her feature-film debut as Amber in Ex-Machina (2014), starring Alicia Vikander (a hot robot, if ever Mr. Skin has seen one). She must have made a good impression playing an almost human, because she was cast as another robot, this one a servant, in Jupiter Ascending(2015) with Mila Kunis and Channing Tatum. Moving on to ballrooms and puffy dresses, she was Princess Valentina in the Kenneth Branagh version of Cinderella (2015) staring Lily James and Cate Blanchett. On the little screen, Elina can be seen in two mini-series, as the character Geisha in Residue (2015), and as Agota Calgys in From Darkness (2015), and in guest roles on Killing Eve in 2018 and Invasion in 2021. You’ll also find her as the doctor in the movie The Courier (2020) with Benedict Cumberbatch, and as Sasha Moore in Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga (2020) with Will Ferrell and Rachel McAdams. Under skills and talent on her acting resume, she notes that she is very good at Pilates and yoga, but only just good at badminton, bowling, and fencing.
