A carpetbagger and a carpet muncher, Ilona "Cicciolina" Staller is the only woman in history to get elected to the legislature of a country other than her own while having also been paid to eat muff and slob knob on film. The Hungarian-born dark-rooted blonde was elected along with her big boobs and scandalous reputation to the Italian parliament during a slow news period of the 1980s. Her most memorable act while in office was offering to have sex with Saddam Hussein in exchange for peace in the Gulf region after Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990.
