Back in the early 2000s the South-African born singer and songwriter Inge Beckmann decided to start a solo music project, which eventually turned into the successful band Lark, a viable group from 2003-2012. When that band disbanded, another took its place, Beast rocking the stage through 2016. Amidst all the musical creation, Inge started working for the movie industry by creating some soundtracks for films, doing voice-overs for commercials, and collaborating in a number of ways with directors. It wouldn’t be long before this sexy brunette found her way in front of the camera, debuting as a nurse in the video Death Race 2 (2010), then elevating to the role of High Priestess of Knossos in the BBC, multi-country collab television movie Atlantis: End of a World, Birth of a Legend (2011). And while Mr. Skin admires any part that involves the name “High Priestess,” it’s actually Inge’s role as Ruby that most interests him. In the movie Zulu (2013), starring Orlando Bloom and Forest Whitaker, the hottie starlet sunbathes topless, letting her titillating twosome soak up the rays directly via her poked nipples. She covers them quickly, but they’re visible long enough for audiences (and Mr. Skin) to enjoy the view. More fully clothed versions of Inge can be spied in the TV Series Dominion (2014-2015), and on the big screen as the teacher in The Dark Tower (2017) with Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey, as Mennofer in The Scorpion King: Book of Souls (2018), and as a flight attendant in Escape Room (2019). Falling back on what she knows best was an easy choice, when she took up the role as a torch singer in the UK-US collab of the series The Watch in 2021. Belt it, Inge!
