Jeannie Millar was born in Thailand to an Air Force dad and a Thai mom. She moved to the US when she was three-years old, and dropped out of high school in Las Vegas when she was 16. Eventually making her way to Los Angeles, she made her feature-film debut as Nikki in the film Ladykiller (1996) with Ben Gazzara—which also happened to be her skinematic debut as well, giving up the top goods as a stripper working the pole in a thong bottom and no top. She followed it with a small part as Jenna in Starquest II (1996) with Adam Baldwin and Robert Englund, then dipped back into nudity with the sci-fi, fantasy flick Black Scorpion II: Aftershock(1997), playing Giggles, who takes off her top while dancing for two clowns in a trippy sequence. Taking a break from the big screen, much to Mr. Skin’s delight, Jeannie with the dark-brown hair appeared in the ‘50s Diner segment of the video Playboy: Freshman Class (1998). Back on the big screen, she bared those spectacular breasts once again in the movie Facade (1999) with Eric Roberts, and then went on to play Sasha in The Awakening of Gabriella (1999), where she decided that since she’d already shown it all with Playboy, she might as well show it here, too—and she does, showing off her butt, boobs, and bush—although there’s no bush, only a bare area with a very intriguing piercing. The year 1999 was good for fans of the sizzler, because Jeannie bared it all one more time, as Carrie in the delightfully explicit The Key to Sex, which has very little plot, but is replete sexy scenes, and more of the starlet’s bare everything. She repeated her role as Giggles in the TV series Black Scorpion in 2001, and did a stint on Entourage in 2005 as a pool girl. Sadly, Jeannie passed away in May 2008, at the age of 33.
