Not only did this Nigerian-American artist train at the Dallas Music Academy, but she also earned a BS in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from Texas Woman’s University, so it’s no surprise she’s known as an advocate for social justice and mental illness. It’s just one of Jennifer (aka Ja’Daku)’s many titles - along with actress, songwriter, Afro-Pop singer, choreographer, and even founder of her own artist development agency. On stage, she’s toured Japan in a production of Dreamgirls and headlined a residency at Louie Louie’s Piano Bar in Dallas, while on-screen (in addition to her own music videos) she appeared in the 2013 indie Mother of George, 2021’s Heavy, and the allblk original drama series Judge Me Not in 2023. In 2024, Jennifer joined the cast of the Peacock streaming series Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist and blessed the world with her lingerie-d booty cheeks for the first time.
