Jenny Neumann lasted almost ten years in Hollywood, and racked up two dozen credits for her efforts. The 5’9” blonde goddess got her big break in 1977 with a bit part as Susie in the made-for-TV movie The Girl in the Empty Grave opposite Andy Griffith. She played a lady biker in CHiPs in 1979, Mrs. Nobbs on an episode of Charlie’s Angels and Judy Charles in Vega$ (Anyone else remember Dan Tanna’s garage was in his living room? He just pulled right in next to the couch!), both in 1979. The last year of the decade also saw Jenny in two different big-screen movies, as Erin in Swim Team (1979) and in the lead role of Susan Jamison in Mistress of the Apes (1979), where her unbuttoned blouse kept slipping to reveal her perky boobs. When the ‘80s hit, the starlet took on the roles of Molly Harmon in The Dukes of Hazzard, Susie in The Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo, Lisa in Fantasy Island, and Kate Morgan in B.J. and the Bear. On the big screen, the sizzler donned a uniform to play a nurse in The Last Married Couple in America (1980) with George Segal and Natalie Wood, and threw out some screams as the star of the horror flick Stage Fright (1980), where she played Helen Selleck. Jenny also played Susan in an episode of Voyagers! in 1983, and Sue in Empire in 1984. After one more starring role as Deni Trion in The Delos Adventure (1986) with Kurtwood Smith, she threw away her auditioning shoes and gave up acting for writing and other projects.
