With a mother from Barbados and a father from St. Lucia, Jessica Allain was born to be a Caribbean dream even though she was born in London, England. While training to become an actor, she started to get modeling work as a teenager, work that would eventually take her all over the world. After a few uncredited roles, Jessica got her big break with the 2018 drama The Honor List and since then she’s appeared on the big screen in the horror films Thriller (2018) and Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022), and the Steven Soderbergh film The Laundromat (2019) with Gary Oldman and Meryl Streep. She returned to horror for the indie film Fear (2023), about a group of friends gathered in a cabin during Covid when things take an unexpected turn. Good thing Jessica’s character packed her sexy silk jammies! She and her man are about to get it on when the record they’re listening to starts to play creepy voices talking about murder- suicide. Obviously that puts a damper on the mood and we’re afraid we don’t see what Jessica’s packing under her nightwear. But with a part in the spinoff film The Continental: From the World of John Wick (2023), perhaps the day we do see more isn’t that far away!
