With long blonde hair and a bikini-ready body, the smiling, beguiling Jessica Hall is a perfect California 10. Jessica was born in Hawaii but raised in LA, where she was chosen to be a Playboy Cyber Girl. But her big break was being cast as a model on TV jugg-ernaut Deal or No Deal.
