A Brooklyn girl by birth, blonde beauty Karen Sillas splits her time between Los Angeles and New York, performing frequently on stage, in independent films, and on television. A graduate of the acting conservatory at SUNY Purchase, the actress may be best known for her regular role as Det. Rose “Phil” Phillips in the TV series Under Suspicion from 1994-1995, as Lt.
