The daughter of veteran British comedian Bill Oddie Kate Hardie and her fine figure are no laughing matter. The UK-born actress made her debut as Rachel Lindsay in Runners at the age of 14 and has added quite a bit to her CV ever since. She first gained attention as Cathy in Mona Lisa, then went even bigger as Jane Woods starring with Denzel Washington and Kevin Kline in the biopic Cry Freedom (1987). The cutie did a stint on British TV as Karen O’Malley in 1987 in the series Casualty, then followed it up in the mini-series Thin Air(1988) as Rachel Hamilton and Smokescreen (1994) as Vicky Sheringham, as well as film roles Rachel Lanham Franck in Melancholia (1989), Donna Matkin in A Small Dance (1991).
