With the unique beauty of a Breakfast Club outcast, Kathleen Wilhoite was destined to be a neglected icon of ’80s cinema. She didn’t lack for exposure, though. After debuting amongst the dames of Private School (1983) and participating in a group mooning sesh with the likes of such Skin lumninaries as Phoebe Cates and Betsy Russell, Kathleen had seven film and TV appearances in 1986 alone--including a cute turn as a doomed psychic in Witchboard (1986) and a supposedly star-making role as Charles Bronson’s sidekick in Murphy’s Law (1986). The latter even gave us a rare look at a scantily clad Kathleen. Despite never becoming a star, Kathleen matured into one of Hollywood’s favorite character actresses. Road House (1989), Lorenzo's Oil (1992), and Fire in the Sky (1993) contain her best and biggest roles. Additionally, she gave one of the few respectable performances on the notoriously awful TV series Cop Rock. Kathleen’s also brought her sex appeal to plenty of clad performances, like memorable turns in Brenda Starr (1989), Tales of Erotica (1996), and Breast Men (1997)--not to mention a luscious lesbian kiss with Neve Campbell in Drowning Mona (2000). Kathleen has done it all, including voicing Pepper Ann in the popular Disney Channel series of the same name. We wish, of course, that "all" included nudity. The closest she's come to showing her skintimates in recent years was by donning a blue bikini top in King of California (2007). Kathleen looks to have some pretty perkies hiding under her clothes. If only she'd show them off.
