A thespian of the stage, Lyndsey Marshal is a classy British babe. But don't worry — she isn't too classy to take her clothes off for the camera. Born on June 16, 1978, in Manchester, England, Lyndsey initially studied Classics in college, hoping for a career in archeology. But Lyndsey knew that she was born to perform, so she applied to the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and started studying up for her entertainment career. She got her start on stage, earning her first major role in Fireface at the Royal Court Theatre just before her graduation. Lyndsey has been widely recognized for her theatrical talents, earning the Critics' Circle Theatre Award for Best Newcomer in 2001 for her performances in Redundant at the Royal Court Theatre and Boston Marriage at the Donmar Warehouse. Onscreen, Lyndsey got her start in works such as Peak Practice (2000), The Gathering Storm (2002), Midsomer Murders (2002), and The Hours (2002). More recently, Lyndsey has appeared in The League of Gentlemen (2017), Hanna (2019), Agatha and the Curse of Ishtar (2019), The Invisible (2019), and Dracula (2020). But more Skinema-loving Americans know Lyndsey from the HBO series Rome (2005), in which she played the sexy Cleopatra. Caesar likes what he sees when he pulls off the bed sheet to see Cleo's cans. Et tu, boob? This was not a first for Lyndsey's pyramids, which have made it to the small screen before in the TV movie Sons & Lovers (2003). Very moving indeed.
