Hotter than vindaloo, Indian spice Mallika Sherawat (born Reema Lambha) is the Bollywood Halle Berry, only not as naked. Though she was the first Indian woman to be offered to pose for Playboy and appear on the Bunny’s iconic cover, she turned it down for fear of being blacklisted in her native film industry. And she has a lot of film to consider, with a prolific career that has been going on for over 20 years and includes more than 30 films and multiple televisions series in India. Crossing over into Hollywood, Mallika appeared in Politics of Love (2011), aka Love, Barack, where she plays Aretha Gupta, a devoted volunteer in Obama’s presidential campaign. She also starred with pop singer Bruno Mars in “Whatta Man,” a parody video on comedy website Funny or Die, and as Farah Khan in a 2014 episode of Hawaii Five-O. The outspoken actress doesn’t believe in nudity on screen (if you see some, it’s a body double), but does display considerable assets in bikini-like tops and the longest of legs in split skirts.
