The stout and skinful Margarete Tiesel was born in Vienna, Austria, back in 1959 and has been racking up credits in her native country since the mid ‘90s on both television and at the movies. A blonde-haired buxom dame with a round face and a wide smile, she’s appeared in everything from serious dramas to campy comedies, like Attack of the Lederhosen Zombies, where she’s featured on the movie’s poster outpacing a pack of the undead on a snowmobile. And let’s not forget the reason we’re all here: the nudity. Margarete gives us a full-frontal feast as cougar Teresa, hunting for some young lust on the beaches of Kenya in 2012's Paradise: Love, and took home the prize for Best Actress at the Austrian Film Awards for her magnificent efforts. The actress followed that up with a darker turn to nudity in the crime drama The Golden Glove (2019), where she plays one of the victims of notorious serial killer Fritz Honka. Margarete’s character Gerda Voss is shaken awake, her dentures slipping and her enormous breast popping out of her utilitarian undergarments. It’s certainly not the prettiest version of the star we’ve seen, but that momentary mammary magic makes it easy to ignore the fake-teeth thing. And, on a related note, she also got a best supporting actress nomination for the part, from the German Film Awards. Seems like whenever Margarete bestows her carnal beauties on us, she gets an award. Coincidence? Or just movie people finally realizing what Mr. Skin has known all along: Nudity is good.
