She made her screen debut in Ushiro kara mae kara (1980), but the following year she was on fire, shooting three films including Onna kyôshi no mezame (1981) and Fujin-ka byôtô: yasashiku monde (1981). Unfortunately, she didn't keep that pace up and only made one film the following year, Seiko no futomomo: Zoom Up! (1982), which would sadly be her last film.
