Swedish stunner Maria Sundbom hails from Uppsala and despite the fact that most American audiences would not recognize her either by name or by appearance, she has made quite the career for herself as an actress in her native country. She got her debut in a 2005 episode of the mini series The Laser Man, and from there went on to appear in a number of both TV and film projects with very, very Swedish sounding titles, including LasseMajas detektivbyra, Solstorm (2007), Barna Hedenhos uppfinner julen, and Arne Dahl: Morkertal. Tucked neatly in between all of those projects—like the pastry cream inside so many prinsesstarta cakes—is her major, recurring role as Sonja on the TV series The Bridge, a crime thriller that premiered in 2011. The character of Sonja is a troubled one, and we see her hanging around in a couple of scenes wearing nothing on top but a coat, giving us at first only fleeting glances at her lovely, small breasts when she runs about, and then a more prolonged view when the coat actually comes all the way off.
