At age 14, actress Melinda Kinnaman was already making waves nationally and internationally, with her debut acting role as Saga in the Lasse Hallström-directed Swedish film My Life as a Dog (1985), nominated for two Academy Awards, winner of the US Golden Globe award for Best Foreign Language Film and 14 other prizes. Boosted into almost instant stardom, Melinda has been making movies and starring on television ever since, picking and choosing her roles.
