A tease is always forgiven if she's a total a babe. That's why there are no hard feelings against Pamela Sue Martin. Born in Westport, Connecticut, Pamela Sue's specialty role was the "bad girl" type. In a pinch, she could do the good girl in distress. Whatever the role, with her delicate, pretty features, Martin played the soiled angel angle to perfection. She came to light in To Find a Man (1971) as a teenage girl who is pregnant and doesn't want to be, and she continued along the stressed damsel route as a teen girl on a sinking ship in The Poseidon Adventure (1972). The tease played on during her stint as Nancy Drew on TV's The Navy Drew Mysteries (1977). Finally, the full-frontal payoff came in The Lady in Red (1979), where, as bank robber John Dillinger's last girlfriend, Martin played stick-'em-up after dropping her top. Looks like Pamela put those teasing days behind her and decided to whip out those mam-elas! In the early '80s, Pamela's bad streak matured as Fallon Carrington Colby on the primetime soap Dynasty (1981), although her bad behavior never again included anything of great skinterest. Some of her later works include the anthology series Alfred Hitchcock Presents (1987), the Australian kids series Sky Trackers (1990), the hit period sitcom That 70s Show (2000), the lizzie series The L Word (2006), and the revamped mystery drama Nancy Drew (2019).
