If eccentricity were an industry, the family of unconventionally cute Rainbow Phoenix would be the Rockefellers of odd characterization. The hottest Phoenix this side of Arizona, as the lesser-known sibling of dynastic actors River, Joaquin, Summer, and Liberty Phoenix, Rainbow's moniker might seem like a bit of a hippie-dippy handle, but it's not as zany as her real name: Rain Joan of Arc Phoenix. Although she grew up singing with River as a warm up act for the show Real Kids, like her child star siblings, Rainbow got bit by the acting bug at a young age: making her television debut as a thirteen year old on an episode of Amazing Stories.
