Born Reminisce Kioni Mackie (née Smith) in The Bronx, NY, this racy rapper was discovered by rap artist Big Pun and immediately was signed on to fellow rapper Fat Joe’s label as a member of his Terror Squad. She released her debut album in 2006, but was imprisoned for six years after her second album for assault, weapons, and attempted coercion charges related to a shooting at a nightclub.
