The story of the family that plays together made her an overnight sensation, and viewers wanted Susan to play their organ for a one-hit wonder. After the series ended in 1974, she briefly dated her handsome co-star David Cassidy and tried her hand at several made-for-TV movies like Cage Without a Key (1975) and Mary Jane Harper Cried Last Night (1977). Eventually, Susan decided to shed her wholesome girl-next-door image and take on a few naughty parts, which we can all be thankful for. She went topless as the "older woman" in the romantic drama film First Love (1977), showing off her plump boobies for a nice, long stare. Susan would again show some skinage in the Michael Crichton-directed thriller Looker (1981), in which she plays some sort of killer model or something.
