Say what you will about the two-movies-and-you're-out career of the slinkily sexy Susan Hahn, but you can’t say she didn’t jump into her roles (and out of her clothes) with admirable gusto. The blonde-haired babe looks like the ultimate evening news anchor on her IMDb photo, with big hair, bow-tied blouse, and all. But on the big screen, she was much less buttoned up, making her debut as a hotel maid in Cheech and Chong’s Still Smokin’ (1983), which was written by the duo, and directed by Tommy Chong himself. Set in one of the highest cities in the world, the flick was filmed in Amsterdam, and carried the tagline of: “They’ll have you rollin’ in your seats!” While Susie was doubtlessly pelted with dozens of offers after that, she ultimately decided on the role of Belinda in the Portuguese and Italian action, adventure, horror film Massacre in Dinosaur Valley (1985), aka Stranded in Dinosaur Valley, aka Cannibal Ferox 2, aka original title Nudo e selvaggio, which translates to Naked and Wild. Belinda is part of a group of fossil hunters whose small plane crashes in the Amazon jungle (where the movie was actually filmed), and they have to survive cannibals, slave traders, and, of course dinosaurs. Susan’s character is captured by an aggressive tribe of natives who strip her naked (yay!), then dress her in straps and beads, leaving her bare breasts beautifully exposed (yay!), then give her to a beast who slashes and scars those pretty perkies (boo!). Whatever title you use to find this flick, find it to admire Susan, sans the bow-tie.
