Before there were Victoria’s Secret Angels, Victoria Vetri was born in the Queen of Angels Hospital in California. As a teen, she began acting and modeling. In 1967, the stunning starlet first came into the public eye when she flashed her heavenly flesh in Playboy magazine. Vic was voted Playmate of the Year in 1968 and continued her reign with a heaping helping of big and small screen appearances, sometimes under the stage name of Angela Dorian. This was the case for her neighborly role in Roman Polanski’s devilish masterpiece Rosemary’s Baby (1968), wherein Mia Farrow tells her character she looks like actress Victoria Vetri. In-jokes aside, the exotic ingénue graced the boob tube with her sexy presence via guest spots on classic TV shows, such as Bonanza (1965), The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (1966), Hogan’s Heroes (1967), Batman (1968), and Mission: Impossible (1970). Victoria’s skinematic output gave fans a chance to gaze upon her fine frame. In the fantasy adventure When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth (1970), the pretty performer proved baby got back, raw rack and rump during a prehistorically prurient skinny-dipping scene. Even though the water looks cold, audience members weren’t feeling any shrinkage! With the racy romp Group Marriage (1972), the shapely lady showed off her comic timing, bikini body and bare breasts! Next came the B movie Invasion of the Bee Girls (1973) which featured Anita Ford, Beverly Powers, and Vicky’s naked T&A! Offscreen, Ms. Vetri did prison time for shooting her husband.
