Though she was born and raised in Sydney, Australia, the yummy Yael Stone now lives in New York City. She’s been seen on stage and on screens both big and small. The young Yael started acting in her childhood, making her debut in Me Myself I (1999), in which Rachel Griffiths plays a woman given a second chance to relive what she always thought was a mistake of her past. Primarily, Yael worked in theater, winning the awards for Best Newcomer and Best Supporting Actress for her performance in The Kid at the 2008 Sydney Theatre Awards. In 2010, she appeared in The Diary of a Madman, and for her performance, she was once again nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Sydney Theatre Awards. She went on to appear in TV series such as All Saints (2007) and Spirited (2010), but she is best known as "Lorna Morello," a temporary lesbian, in Orange Is the New Black (2013).
