18 Again! (1988) mines the middle-aged fantasy of going back to one’s youth with the knowledge of their mature age. It’s a fine premise, but the fact is that people are really no different when older, just more experienced, and likely to return to their past cycle of behavior. Still, this film gives us the opportunity to see a then 81-year-old George Burns change bodies with his college freshman grandson, played by Charlie Schlatter, which occurs due to a freak accident. Burns turns his nerdish grandson into the big man on campus, a track star and dating the most beautiful girl in school. He also gets to see Connie Gauthier’s tits and ass when she models for an art class.
