It’s the story of Mia (Rosalinde Mynster), an author who’s just found success with her book about her dating struggles as a modern single woman when she meets Emil (Joachim Fjelstrup), an older single father. Things start out slow between them but eventually she not only develops a real connection with him, but with his two kids (Bjørka Fagan and David Dam Jexen) as well. Mia starts to want kids of her own, but natural conception isn’t in the cards, so the couple turns to IVF, but that road is long and bumpy and their relationship may not survive.
