A Sombra dos Abutres (1998), or In the Shadow of the Vultures, is a Portugese drama about two men who find themselves embroiled in a political conflict after having spent a lifetime trying to avoid politics. When one of the men kills two police officers who are hunting him, he unwittingly involves his friend in the crime and the two find themselves on the run from the dictatorship that will most assuredly kill them if they are found. 

While there is a lot of intrigue and running, there's also a fully nude Fatima Belo along the way as well!
