A college student gets kidnapped by a grizzled mountain man in Abducted (1986). Prissy city dweller Renee (Roberta Weiss) is out for a jog in the Canadian Rockies when she is chased down by crazed wild man Vern (Lawrence King-Phillips) and dragged off to his remote cabin. Although the deranged dude seems intent on making her his wilderness woman, Renee is able to fend off his amorous attacks while learning that surviving in the woods is much harder than she expected. But Vern’s father, Joe (Dan Haggerty), lives in the remote woods as well, and with his help she may be able to escape her captor.
