Prometheus didn't exactly end well for the crew seeking a distant moon (and the origins of humanity) and those aboard the Covenant don't fare much better. Katherine Waterston plays Captain Daniels, in charge of a colony mission seeking Origae-6, an earth-like planet where they hope to start anew. The ship isn't too bad, either - those who aren't in cryogenic hibernation seem like they're having a good time, if the topless Callie Hernandez having shower sex is any indication. It all goes south, though, when they detour to what seems to be a sort of paradise planet that is inhibited by the one and only robot David, who might be the cyber incarnation of Satan himself.
