The Italian action flick Milano odia: la polizia non può sparare (1974) follows a sadistic thug (Thomas Milian) who graduates from petty violent crime to kidnapping a wealthy heiress (Laura Belli). Director Umberto Lenzi is also responsible for the 42nd Street classic Cannibal Ferox (1981). Anita Strindberg may not be a cannibal, but she does it like an animal in a semi-topless sex scene.
