In Amnesia (1996), Nicholas Walker plays Paul Keller, a married man who is cheating on his wife, Martha (Ally Sheedy), with local schoolteacher Veronica Dow (Dara Tomanovich). To get out of his marriage without leaving his wife and stepson destitute, Paul decides to fake his death for the insurance and skip town with Veronica. But things go wrong when Paul has an accident and loses his memory and an insurance investigator comes to look into his supposed death.
