Violent J is ruthless crime lord Big Baby Sweets, and Shaggy plays his nemesis, Sugar Bear, a pimp-cum-cop from San Francisco brought in to take Big Baby down. Also in the cast are standup comic Harland Williams, blaxploitation legend Rudy Ray Moore, and porn star Kayla Kleevage, who pulls down her top to show off her eye-popping 50II jamambos.
