Nude: Blink 1994 Nude Scenes

Blindness, as a metaphor for the vagaries of human perception and as a concrete medical condition, touches us all in some small way at least. How many times each day does every one of us shut our eyelids, if only for the fraction of a second? A story can be changed in that Blink (1994), an innocent can become a villain, a safe and secure woman can become a victim, a life can be taken. A young woman has been sightless for twenty years. Of course she has high expectations for the surgery designed to restore her vision. Once the bandages are off, scenes come to her partially, out of sequence. She has no norms by which to judge the relevance of what she sees. Violent sex? Murders? Even the police are not certain of what she has or has not witnessed. Perhaps if she simply closes her eyes, all the unpleasantness will go away.
