Bloodline: Vengeance from Beyond (2010) is an Italian horror film directed by Edo Tagliavini and starring Francesca Faiella, Virgilio Olivari, and Marco Benevento. The film follows a journalist who has to return to the place her sister was murdered by a serial killer known as The Surgeon years before. The journalist accepts the job thinking she is covering hardcore movie set but is soon wound up in a new series of copycat murders.
