Bloomin Mud Shuffle (2015) is a comedy about a man who hasn't done that much maturing since he finished high school. He lives in the same town, has the same job, hangs out with the same friends and drinks a lot. There is a glimmer of change when he meets Monica, a coworker, whom he's really attracted to. Alexia Rasmussen plays Monica, so we can clearly see why he's attracted to her.
