Blow Dry (2001) is a comedy-romance from England about the annual British Hairdressing Championship. The competition gets hairy as Bill Nighy will do anything to win for the third consecutive year. That includes cheating, though it’s unclear how you cheat at cutting hair. He sees trouble in the form of Alan Rickman, who owns a barber shop in Keighley, the site of the competition, and is a pretty good snipper, in fact he’s won a few championships himself.
