When a heist goes wrong, Jimmy Greco (Grazi DiPaolo) finds himself in a world of trouble in Boost (2016). Jimmy was sent out to "boost" a very special car for his co-worker in crime, Roy (reliable baddie Danny Trejo). But once the hot-wiring is done, Jimmy ends up with a gun to his head and has to fight his way out. Turns out the trunk contains a black market human kidney all ready for transplant, and the intended recipient is Lorenzo's (Rob Nagle) daughter. Now it's a race against the clock to save a little girl's life, but who will make it out alive?
