The Australian rapper’s 2014 debut album The New Classic contained this gem, the video of which was filmed in Las Vegas in 2013 and directed by Jonas & Francois, who Iggy had previously worked with on her “Work” video. The concept is taken from the notorious 1995 film Showgirls, with Iggy stepping into the role of Elizabeth Berkley’s Nomi, plus there’s some Sharon Stone in Casino thrown in for good measure. Right from the start, we can see Iggy’s nipples through her chain mail bikini top as she lay on the diving board of a pool, but when she comes out of the water after a dip, the top is gone and replaced with some bright red pasties. We get a few shots of her sporting some retro-looking lingerie while atop a pink bed. But she can’t hang out there with her tiger all day, she’s gotta get to her job as a Vegas dancer! T.I. comes into the dressing room between shows and she is NOT impressed, but she still ends up making out with him on the hood of his red sportscar. The video ends with her getting arrested for too much cleavage… or for setting a car on fire. Either way, life = changed thanks to Ms. Azalea’s cheeky areolas!
