Ryan (Dida Diafat) is a street tough who ends up in prison sharing a cell with Jean (Bernard Giraudeau), an expert practitioner of Muay Thai kickboxing, in the French martial arts flick Chok Dee (2005). Ryan becomes Jean’s student, and when he gets out of jail, he vows to turn his life around and become a world-class kickboxer.
