No career man likes to bring his work home with him. Being lost in on-the-job concerns while at the dinner table with the family or drifting off into thoughts of business while in bed trying to give the wife her connubial due can severely hamper a guy’s domestic bliss, especially if by vocation he is a hit man. The flawed hero of Cold Sweat (1993) can’t seem to wipe his last assignment from his mind. She pops up behind him giggling at the most inopportune times. Part of him wishes he could kill her at least one more time, but more painfully. On the other hand, if he had it all to do over again, he might just let her go.
