Resignation is such a powerful thing, it can drive a Death Row inmate to complacently sit and quietly await eternity’s embrace even though the doomed prisoner has been wrongfully Convicted (2004). A young woman, with only herself for company, is locked in to a fixed date with the grim reaper. Her lawyer suspects that a case could be made for sparing the condemned client, but the woman refuses to take an interest in saving her own life. Then a casual correspondence takes fire on visitation day, sparking a longing for love and the will to live. But is this turnaround too late?
