Little Rock, Arkansas, is being terrorized by a serial killer who decapitates their victims and stages elaborate crime scenes using mannequins. On the case is Detective Brian Sutter (Terrence Howard), a family man still reeling from a drug raid gone wrong, and his loose-cannon partner Luke Carson (Esai Morales). Their captain, Howell (Alec Baldwin), decides to team them up with Jaclyn Waters (Nicky Whelan) in order to end this killing spree, which seems to have ties to both a kinky sex website and Brian’s church, led by Pastor Lawson (Michael Sirow). Complicating things further is the extramarital affair going on between Brian and Jaclyn, which may not be good for the case, but it’s great for folks wanting to see the buxom blonde Aussie in her bra.
