The spaghetti western genre, in which Italian directors enacted morality parables upon the moving canvas of the American outlaw frontier, has provided many helpings of fulfilling and nutritious fare. But let's face it--man does not live by pasta alone. Even director Sergio Corbucci, who established many telltale tropes of gun-slinging, renegade cinema with his Django (1966) and The Great Silence (1968), opted to refresh his palate with silly and slapstick sex-tinged comedy, such as the prurient hijinks that can be raucously enjoyed in Ecco Noi Per Esempio (1977).
