DIYU (2015) is a short film about life in "earth prison," or the Chinese version of purgatory. Li Xia (Jessica Lu) is a 17 years old trapped there with her boyfriend Wang Jie, and together they try to figure out what kind of meaningful connection or revelation they need to make to transcend to heaven, but no matter what they do, they can't seem to figure it out. We don't know either, but we do have one thing figured out: Jessica Lu looks lovely when she looks in a mirror topless. They do say you should enjoy the ride, right?
